Our website, www.socalprerunner.com (the “Site”), is an e-commerce platform designed for customers to purchase print-on-demand items featuring our designs, fulfilled by Printful. When you use our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

We sell print-on-demand items, including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and accessories, which are designed by us and fulfilled by Printful. All products are made to order, and production begins only after a purchase is confirmed. All purchases are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for products must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment, including credit and debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods available on our platform. Prices are listed in USD, and applicable taxes will be added during checkout where required by law.

4. Delivery

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, so your order will ship from the nearest facility that can fulfill it.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee may apply on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Please check with your local customs office directly for more information.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before reaching out to us, please:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  3. Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If your shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with your neighbor, please get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.

If you found a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

5. Orders

How are your products made? We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper, Printful. Depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected].

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

6. Returns and Refunds

At this time, due to the nature of our business model, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns

Since all products are custom made and printed on demand, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item at no additional cost. To process a replacement, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and a photo of the damaged or defective product.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Custom-made products.
  • Items not in original condition or packaging.
