At SocalPrerunner, we strive to provide high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our print-on-demand model, we have specific policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. In the future when we are able to order in bulk and ship directly to you, we will be able to have a more robust return policy.
All Sales Are Final
Since all products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
No Returns or Exchanges
We cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you are unsure of the size or fit, please refer to the sizing charts available in each product description.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item at no additional cost. To process a replacement, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following information in your message:
- A description of the issue.
- A photo of the damaged or defective product.
We will review your submission and, if approved, send you a replacement.
Order Issues
If you receive the wrong product, size, or a damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] or text us at (805) 368-1907 within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Custom-made products.
- Items not in their original condition or packaging.
