not everyone can build a truck like that, that is a $160,000 truck with full CAD designing and everything
You’ll probably have to re-mortgage your house lol. Start small, get an older Ranger or Toyota, read the Nov 08 issue of Off-Road magazine. They have a really cool article on building a Toyota prerunner for under $5000, including buying the truck.
some prerunners are street legal, but throphy trucks usually arent.
